The Race: The Boston Harbor Circuit Race brings together the high speeds of criteriums with the characteristics of a road race. The rolling profile challenges rider on this 6 miles loop. Strategy plays a key role on how the day will unfold. Some will win from the early or late attacks while others will time the finish perfectly and win the sprint finish.
Course Description: 6 mile loop with rolling hills. We will be running the course in the counter clockwise direction for the first time. Course Map
Cost : Online registration $40. $50 day of registration USA Cycling license required to race. Junior category online registration is $20 or $25 day of. One day license for category 5 men and women is $10 and available at the race. All other categories must have an USA Cycling annual license which can be purchased atwww.usacycling.org (not for sale at the race).
Day of Registration: Day of registration opens at 7:30am and closes 20 minutes prior to your respective start time.
2017 WSBA Championship Jerseys will be awarded to all of the winners of their respective Junior category. A big thanks to the WSBA and their partners Absolute Mortgage, JL Velo and Ballard Station Public House for providing these excellent jerseys.
All Washington, North Idaho and Oregon members are eligible to win WSBA championships, including gold medals and the championship jersey. All USA Cycling/UCI licensed riders are eligible to compete in WSBA championship events. However, racers from areas outside the USA Cycling defined geographic designation of the WSBA will not be awarded medals or championship jerseys.
Race Numbers: WSBA numbers will be used and can be purchased at ww.wsbaracing.com because number won’t be for sale at the race. Rental numbers will be available at the race for a $10 rental fee (of which $5 is refundable). For out-of-state riders there is no fee to rent a number just a $5 deposit.
Number Placement: Left side.
Prize money will be award to fields that have 20 or more preregistered riders by Tuesday June 20th. 11:59pm. The Pro 1/2/3 prize money will be based on a vertical and horizontal scale based on preregistered riders Tuesday June 20th at 11:59pm.

Directions from Seattle: Take 1-5 South and follow it to the State Capitol/City Center/Port ofOlympia Exit 105-B. Take Exit 105-B towards the Port of Olympia which will put you on E-Bay. Follow E-Bay DR NE for approximately 6.5 miles. (Note: E-Bay DR NE will turn into Plum Street then back to E-Bay DR NE which will eventually turn into Boston Harbor Road NE.) From Boston Harbor Road NE turn right onto Zangle Road NE and follow it to Boston Harbor Elementary School which will be located on the right side of the road.
Directions from Portland: Take 1-5 North and follow the Port of Olympia Exit 105 which will put you on E-Bay DR NE. Follow E-Bay DR NE for approximately 6.5 miles. (Note: E-Bay DR NE will turn into Plum Street then back to E-Bay DR NE which will eventually turn into Boston Harbor Road NE.) From Boston Harbor Road NE turn right onto Zangle Road NE and follow it to Boston Harbor Elementary School which will be located on the right side of the road.
